The Worker Registration Scheme (WRS) application form and guidance note has been revised and is now available to download from the Working in the UK section of our website.
If you wish to obtain a copy by post, please contact our distribution centre on 0114 207 4074.
Anyone completing a WRS application form from 4th February 2008 should use the revised version (01/2008).
